Returns & Exchanges

Our web store returns policy means that if the customer is not fully happy with the goods that have received, he/she/it can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned the customer will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to the customer’s statutory rights as a consumer. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note – The above information relates only to returns on goods purchased through the WWW.KATSIKATINOS.COM website, not of our physical retail store. Please see in-store for such information.

If you are exchanging a product and the new item is a lower amount we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.

Refunds

Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and these will be deducted from the amount returned to you in the event you return one of our products. Please allow 5 working days once WWW.KATSIKATINOS.COM receives your product, to process the return and another 5 working days for banks to clear funds on your account.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
