RIA Menorca, a traditional menorcan shoe brand, is marking its 75th anniversary by introducing a special collection of sandals. These sandals are inspired by the original rustic avarca style that the brand started with. The anniversary style is crafted using a specific type of leather called Picasso. This leather is used for the upper part of the sandals, the back strap, and the insole. The Picasso leather has an aged and rustic look, similar to the materials used by farmers 75 years ago. It’s a modern take on a classic design, tailored to suit the current trends.
Returns & Exchanges
Our web store returns policy means that if the customer is not fully happy with the goods that have received, he/she/it can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned the customer will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to the customer’s statutory rights as a consumer. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. If you are exchanging a product and the new item is a lower amount we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.
