Avoid abrasive cleaning sponges. Pieces with gold accents are not suitable for the microwave. When storing, stack carefully to avoid scratches in the gold finish. Hit of fall can cause the damage to the product.

Our web store returns policy means that if the customer is not fully happy with the goods that have received, he/she/it can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned the customer will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. If you are exchanging a product and the new item is a lower amount we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.
